ART IN THE SCANDIC HAMBURG EMPORIO IN COOPERATION WITH MILLERNTOR GALLERY

Many unique concepts are waiting to be discovered at Scandic Hamburg Emporio. The hotel’s design was inspired by the theme of ‘water’, and creates a link with the Hanseatic city, also closely associated with water. The Scandic brand is already well known for its sustainability, and their hotel in Hamburg continues this association with water in the form of art. The rooms on the new ART floor of Millerntor Gallery are designed individually by artists and reflect their own individual interpretation of the theme of water. In addition, the art also has a sustainability theme: The pictures in the gallery and in the rooms can also be purchased as prints and half of the proceeds of sale will be donated to the Hamburg organisation Viva con Agua, which supports projects providing wells and clean drinking water in third world countries.
